How is TW max defensive squad number calculated?
Videos about the beta stated 16 per zone. I could have sworn our last TW was 21 squads per zone. Today it's 13 max. We did drop from 25mil to under 25 mil active participants. Any ideas? Thanks.

From what Ive noticed it's half of the members who have registered. So you'll have 26 entered meaning 13.
