How long does it take after reporting to CG_Leviathan?

I've reported a player over a month ago. They have all level 1 characters, gear 1 and 4* ships. They are climbing consantly in a newer fleet shard filled with LS Bundle players. What other options are...

Wow...and its always the cheaters that are the most active. I don't understand how they let this happen for so long. Its so easy to get a hacked android app, it should be easy for them to identify and block them from accessing the game
