How many crystals do you spend a day?

First question, How many crystals do you spend in a day? And how do you spend them? I have taken a break from the game many times so I’m working on catching up. I typically spend 450 crystals a day....

1. I usually spend between 200 and 500 a day. 150 on energy refreshes, 50 on an arena refresh, and a few hundred on cantina energy refreshes depending how fast I need to farm a character or signal data. Normally I don’t refresh cantina energy though.

2. At least 200 from top 50 finish in both arenas, plus however many we get from dailies, GW, guild events, GA, and login rewards.
