So my leader board turned a year old this month and I was looking at the #1 players' roster. He has every toon but one. All seven star, all level 85, all but four or five with max gear, and all with great mods. If you had to guess how much $$$ do you think the guy has spent on the game? P.S. the #2 and #3 players look like they are almost totally FTP players.

Probably both more than I'm comfortable with, and less than what they can afford on their budget.

7 or 8 sounds light to be. I'd guess at least 20k. I've heard rumors of some people spending 20k on mods alone. Ships/Falcon were also 3k+. Krooper alone could be 3k. New Sith are 400-800 each for 7 star.

I find it amazing people spend so much on a video game, but then again I'm poor. I'd be willing to bet there's people who have spent enough on this game that I could have bought and paid for a house with what they've spent. To each their own, I'm sure if I had an indispensable income I'd have spent a few k buy now too.

Though it's probably GK, you can't buy him no matter what.

Money is relative. If a wealthy/affluent person blows $20K on this game, I'd be less concerned than someone who blows the same amount but makes like $50K a year. To each their own, but I'd be more disturbed about a person who blows cash on a mobile game when they need to eat, pay the rent etc.

You'd think so anyway, but there's lots of people who won't farm him because of the platform specific event. It's like a point of pride.
