How often does the stores refresh?

based on my knowledgeShipments/Mod store/catina/arena/GW resets at midnight, 12pm and 6pmFleet and guild store resets at 12pm, 6pm and 9pmRead somewhere that the shipments actually refresh once at 6am... is this true?

Yes, there's 4 total refreshes in shipments.

Those are only 12, 6, and 9.Edit for clarity:  The true part is the others refresh every 6 hours.  6am, noon, 6pm, and midnight.

And it all depends on the time of year locale and what time of year you joined in your locale.
