How should Vader be reworked ?

Why not having a community debate about how we would like to see his kit ? It seems devs are wanting to rework him since we could see on Ahnald101 video about TB that he inflicted a new debuff on Han ...

Old kylo has it and if the first order get a few legendary characters he could be in meta teams.

One character is not enough. In fact Jedi Rey and NS don't struggle against kylo or FO in general at all.
