Your leader has a granted ability, you use it to win the battle. Every time a non-leader takes a turn it reduces the cool-down. Suggestions are to use teams with TM trains like Imp Troops to get the cool-down quick, or use tanky toons that can soak up the damage and recover, maybe NS? One option for LS toons is to use JKL lead and have Jedi like JKR and Windy playing pass the TM.
