How to contact support ? i gonna crazy
Dear all I am trying to contact support to help me. to do this i use the " help" button from the game then i am redirected to EA website support where i choose " chat support" i explain my issue...

Unfortunately the thing you’re doing wrong is contacting support. It’s my longstanding opinion based on multiple interactions that the sole purpose of “support” is to frustrate you into giving up. My advice is to post your issue on the forums and hope someone can help you.
