How to get help? Ally Codes included

I feel like I'm banging my head into a wall each time I have to make a new thread about this but I got told by a moderator here on the forum to make a new thread with my Ally Code so here I go again. ...

Then why did EA Help and support tell me to go to the forum in order to get help?
I hope one of them will be able to help.
