We've had one for a few months I've reported several times on here.
Max attempts a day? Exec vs Exec wins in under a minute. Instant locking. Unlimited crystals.
Is it POSSIBLE he's just an extremely rich whale w/ really fast fingers who does ~35 fights a day, sure; it's possible.
Not very likely though.
