How to Unlock Han Solo

Does anyone know how to unlock Han Solo? I know that you have to finish T7 Raids but my question is, do you have to be in a top spot to acquire his shards? or does everyone in the raid get Han Solo ...

Well, it makes lots of sense to join a T7 guild—the gear rewards are much better than anywhere else—but unlocking Han isn't a very good reason.
