He's fairly meh as he has not kept up well with the new gear and his abilities are still somewhat busted (his special has a chance to ignore armor which it already did since armor doesn't protect against specials) and his basic attack is really weak. I sometimes use him in GW towards the end if I need that bit more of a heal but he's otherwise sits on the bench.
