Pretty much kitchen sink strategy,
As for Traya, she can atttack three times per action, and she does gain 30 speed for every hit until the end of her next turn, So she can get moving very very fast in short order depending how your squad goes. Not to mention the chance for a bonus action each time she gets a turn,. .
