HUD does not fit my screen anymore

Suddenly the HUD does not fit my screen- it used to fill to the edges (under the navigation buttons as they disappear when gaming). The game is full screen but the icons are not as seen in the attached image. They used to be... so I'm not sure why it changed. Any suggestions on how to fix this? Thanks
