I’m not able to rename squad tabs

I just noticed it today that there doesn’t seem to be a way to rename squad tabs. Was this intentional or am I missing something? Don’t want to have to delete a squad tab just to rename it.

They don't make it super easy since the UI update. I like the overall refresh, but it could use some tweaks, for sure.
