Good start but Not strong enough to make a difference, needs to make him a great character instead of an irrelevant one. Palp should call assist of all empire or Sith allies on his laugh. Stun on basic for 2 turns. Both Vader and Emporer should gain turn meter if the other is damaged and Vader should gain retribution for two turns. New unique should be “Everyhing is going as I have foreseen it.” Gives all empire and Sith allies Offense Up, and foresight for two turns.
Then Vader needs a unique too. “You don’t know the power of the dark side”. Gives all dark side allies Offense up, Speed up, and Defense up for two turns, then cleanse all buffs from enemies and inflict stagger plus AOE damage.
While we are at it give him another “ You are not a Jedi yet”. Insta kills any enemy.
