Idea to have TIE Interceptor, have TIE Pilot Kasan Moor to pilot it

With the current in-game system, characters can't pilot multiple ships and it feels like creating a 2nd TIE Pilot would seem pointless just to have a TIE Interceptor, or even a TIE Bomber. How about we have from Legends the character Kasan Moor in TIE Pilot uniform (perhaps without helmet) so then we can have her as the pilot for the Interceptor?

In Legends, before defecting to the Rebellion, Kasan Moor was the lieutenant of the 128th TIE Interceptor Squadron and the Interceptor she piloted was identical to ones flown by standard TIE Pilots. She could be an Imperial Trooper unit so then the TIE Interceptor will be a Dark Side ship.

Having Kasan Moor could also be a great way to show appreciation for long-time Star Wars video game fans and even for Legends fans.

    Ohhh that defender will make money for CG can see it now fast as heck, high health pool and will hit like a truck....prob give it something sick like overcharge where basic on 1 cooldown but deals like 3x damage then other two will be protection health regen, or massive TL all ships buts drains 20% health and prot for each one off defender then 5’s just AOE’s everyone....... yup popular ship op kit that would be a moneymaker.... Too OP not good for ships but tie fighter was amazing video game i might even spend for that ship

    Or missleboat whos basic is AOE concussion missles or like those bombs or thermals that would be OP as heck tho ship need to be slow as a snail or like worst healthpool of all ships

    I like the idea :) As for a potential TIE Bomber, why not name the pilot after a specific Imperial Navy squadron? Black Eight Squadron Pilot, Dark Squadron Leader, Hydra Squadron Pilot etc. The EU is full of TIE squads.

    Special forces commando units, such as the Inferno Squad in Battlefront II, were also trained as TIE pilots. They were popular enough among fans to get their own action figure from Hasbro, and I really like their back-and-red uniforms. This would be a fitting imperial counterpart to the First Order SF TIE Pilot, imho.

    Beh going by video games BWing would have health like a tank attack like an attacker but have like 50 percent miss rate on basic..... i always fount that ship so hard to attack ship to ship with cause of cannon position.... ion cannon stun


    Soooo much ship potential.... so little caring from the content providers when comes to ships :(

    A wing 300 speed. 50% chance to dodge any attack (no TM gain) but hits like a noodle

    Having a TIE Pilot named after any of the other squadrons could work, however unless their armour has some slight differences in variation or symbols and paint, they won't be any different than a standard TIE Pilot.

    Any of Inferno Squadron could also work, but so far we've only seen them pilot TIE Fighters with minor paint jobs.

    If they had to, they could create a TIE Pilot with unique markings belonging to another squadron like Saber Squadron Pilot, Avenger Squadron Pilot or Alpha Squadron Pilot.

    There's also Soontir Fel and Turr Phennir, however their Interceptors have unique markings and not the standard model, which is why I would suggest Kasan Moor as a TIE Interceptor pilot.
