Ideas for Jar Jar Binks (April Fools thread)

Useless Guangan support that does not help in any way
Basic: Reduce all allies health to 1%, then grant all enemies 100% turn meter.
Special: Inflict every debuff on every ally, and every buff (except for stealth and taunt) on every enemy, than grant all enemies every unique buff.
I think thats nuff' said. I will be making an ACTUAL jar jar thread soon. Comments plz below :)
