I would agree that I think the Tantive IV is too small for a capital ship. However, I think it would be cool to have The Profundity, the capital ship at the end of Rogue One in the game. The Tantive IV came out of that ship so I'm sure there could be an ability including it.
The issue with adding another capital ship to the game is we have so many capital ships without enough starfighters. We only have three Resistance ships, which I think is a perfect opportunity to bring in the A-Wing or the Starfortress Bomber from that Era. Same with the FO, but I don't know their ships as well.
The Galactic Republic sort of has this problem as well since we have two capital ships and only enough ships for one fleets. We could add the V-Wing for that fleets, easily.
I know your original post was over adding a rebel ship, and I apologize for derailing it. But I definitely would love to see some other fleets first.
