If Asaj is Dooku's apprentice why she isn't a sith?

It would be dope if she was so we can use her with other sith.

She was never given Sith training by a Sith Lord therefore she was not a Sith, merely a tool of them, an instrument of destruction never to gain the status of Sith Lord or Sith.

Consider this case: Darth Maul was trained in the Sith arts by Darth Sidious, a Sith Lord and Sith Master. Maul in turn trained his brother Savage Opress in these same arts. Therefore Savage is a Sith though not a Sith Lord as he never took the title "Darth" and was not trained by a Sith Master.

Count Dooku was trained by Darth Sidious and given training as a Sith Lord, having the name Darth Tyrannus bestowed upon him, making Dooku both a Sith and a Sith Lord. Vader too received such training and held the title of Darth.

Ventress never got any Sith training, only training in the Dark Side. So never a Sith.
