Ability block must be able to block leader and unique abilities. No?

With all these crazy uniques and leaders you just know they'll release a new p2p character with super ability block that blocks passives and leaders. Then some old bad characters will get reworked to have super ability block.
And of course it will be bugged and not block the leader for some currently unused toon, and that toon will become meta for two months until they fix it and/or release a new toon with super ability block prevention. Etc, etc, etc.
