Unique zetas typically aren't as strong as leadership zetas due to the fact that you can use multiple zetas on the same team. If you are giving droid allies half that amount I don't know if it needs the overall buff as well.
I didn't include the 10% buff to it :) Just the "other droids gain half this amount" part
