Ok, thanks for sharing you've already discussed this with @EA_Gunner. I've caught up on your past posts to get up to speed with things.

I'm sorry, I know you were hoping for different news but @EA_Gunner is correct here; affected players have already received a make-good with Hotfix 6/18 and Update 6/20. I can only reiterate what he's shared, that if you didn't received a make good, it's likely because your account did not fulfil all requirements. This is not something we can change.

That is pity.
My another account get all this compensation.
it is a month of farming.
There are no other conditions but lvl in the news about reward.
So i am very angry that i do not understand a reason why i did not get one.
that s why i wrote you everywhere.
As far as i see you do not know these conditions too.
Moreover in other topics you sent players missing shards.
So i had a hope that you can do it for me too.

Damn this is crazy. People obviously haven't received what was promised. This is really infuriating tbh.
