It's definitely annoying to have a plan and then watch it get messed up because of RNG dodges. OTOH, I actually find battles sometimes a challenge now. I usually beat Dooku-led teams, though I just had one where I actually had to use almost the entire 5 minute timer. Can't remember the last time that happened!
Personally I am still running Jinn lead. I won't claim the AI "cheats" like some do, but I do know that so far every time I have run with Dooku leading I've done worse than with Jinn leading. I like having the first turn.
