I'm seriously missing the "Unlock at 5 stars" Legendary characters.
Was a bit easier to work with, and even 5 star Palpatine did WONDERS for my Arena rank when I first started using him with my Sith.

More crunch, less character shards equals more panic farming and money spent. Maybe that is why you are seeing more 7* events.
