Since the frequency of territory battles has been declining as of late, is there any way we could get a secondary way to farm IPD and ROLO? My guild just got enough members to decently farm IPD, and ...

Be patient. Nothing has even happened yet. No access has been cut. I'm sure by now CG is aware of the issue, and most likely, they're gonna put them in one of the GET stores.
