I'm experiencing the same issue.
I'm in division 8 and I also got a feat going into this round where I'm supposed to "Win 14 Grand Arena battles on your first attempt". However, I can max win 4 offensive battles per round (4 defensive teams) which equals a max of 12 battles over 3 rounds. I completed this feat the first time around, though that time it was 12 battles.
