IMPUT PLEASE, Community milestone event for the stranger

Please I keep hearing everyone say they got their stranger shards already, even the majority of my guild. I’m trying to get this figured out before conquest because I have not gotten them yet. EA help has been a joke and no one is talking about it anymore. Have you gotten your shards yet??? If not please comment and like so maybe meathead sees this.
