In game support doesn't actually exist. Its an AI chatbot that just goes in circles and keeps starting over after so many days. You have to go to the forums and find a random guy that works for CG who may or may not be able to pass along your complaint to someone on the team that may or may not be willing to fix it. Somebody really should sue CG for this because there is no honest reason to have the in game support option if its literally designed to just provide cover to prevent you from actually seeking game support. One time the in game support directed me to speak with a specific user on the forums. When I looked up that user they hadn't logged onto the site in 3 years.
