In Game Support

How common is it that In Game Support is completely unresponsive? I have been trying to figure out how to get missing General Skywalker shards for completing those battles for 8 days now but still no response

My Ally Code is 659-311-826

Edit: Removed Player ID

  • @SmurfLAX28 this is the wrong section. please write a new post in the Bug section. There a Community Manager will grant you your shards, if you are eligable
  • Seriously, it’s so frustrating. It’ll have been a week tomorrow since I’ve heard from them, so not as bad as yours yet but I’m expecting at this point I’ll get there.

    I’m fairly sure they’re trying to put out the fires from the game errors, but that’s absolutely no excuse for them to not say ANYTHING for this long

    I'm sorry, it usually doesn't take that long, but you're not the first person lately waiting a while to hear back from support...not sure what's happening there.

    While you're waiting, if you open a bug report here, one of the QV guys will take a look into it for you. They are lovely and will do they best they can for you.
