Incoming Changes to Vader Zeta!

His basic removes TM from secondary targets that he is NOT damaging. The AOE removing TM is WAI. Same thing happens with Magmatrooper's basic (He can remove TM from people he's not damaging as well as the ones that take damage directly or splash damage from his basic).
