I had a dude in my guild, it's a while ago, who didnt set the birthdate correctly when starting playing - so he had to play as a minor. Additional he never logged in with Google play, so played as an guest on his phone.
When his phone broke and he wanted to transfer to a new one, they didnt just help him there (good he had ally code and player id), but also adjusted the playing as minor and migrated it to an adult account.
So keep it up guys and try again. Guess it might be as allways - getting the correct person on the line to help can make the difference...
