I keep getting sent crystals in my inbox from customer service or something for my inconveniences, but I'm not submitting any reports. When there is a big enough issue they issue them across the board its easier than finding out who exactly is affected

Not sure what it's for but I gather you're new. It happens every now and then. Something happens that affects players game and even if it doesn't happen to you every player is sent an "I'm sorry" compensation. We all appreciate the pleasant surprise of gems in our inbox. Now have fun and go spend them gems
