No, if the text is correctly worded, he also deals damage first.
I think it is just that you have his zeta, that +50% potency is significant.
Zeta certainly helps but based off mechanics on swgoh.gg his special does the DoTs before damage. DoTs —> damage —> Expose
Yup. Again the only way to tell the order is to look at swgoh.gg.
Every ability description in game states it does damage before it does the other stuff except I Believe b2 (only one that specifically states buff immunity is applied before damage.) so they are not reliable as to the order
They all start with "deals physical/special damage......."
Sometimes the developers do think about it and put them in specific orders for example
CLS use the force:
"Deal Physical damage to target enemy, Dispel all buffs on them, remove 100% Turn Meter, and inflict Buff Immunity and Tenacity Down for 2 turns. Reduce the cooldown of this ability by 1 if the target didn't have full Health"
By that description he should
1. Do damage
2. Dispel buffs
3. Remove tm
4. Inflict buff immunity
5. Inflict tenacity down
What actually happens
1. Dispel buffs
2. Apply buff immunity
3. Deal damage
4. Remove tm
5. Apply tenacity down
Dev stated specifically tenacity down in this case was applied last so the bi and tmr would not be overpowered.
In the past they have also said dispels would occur first and since then they have stayed with it.
