Interchangeable ship crew to allow more unique customization and modification
Some ships should be piloted by other characters associated with them, and with the Mandalorian Beskar armor piloting the Razor Crest instead of the original Mandalorian, who will pilot the Mandalorian's modified N-1 starfighter when it's available?
How about allowing ships to have interchangeable crew slots?
Different characters can provide unique perks, stats and abilities for a ship much like equipping different mods, however not every character can be assigned to just any ship and one character can't be assigned to multiple ships at once. Ships could also just require one character assigned or not and have empty additional character slots in the case you haven't unlocked the other associated characters.
Rey's Millenium Falcon could also be piloted by Veteran Han Solo and Veteran Chewbacca, Han's Millenium Falcon could also be piloted by Lando, and the Ebon Hawk also piloted by Jedi Revan and Bastilla Shan.
This would definitely allow for more unique customization and modification for ships and enhance the experience for more skilled players.
