Why does the requirement ask for 7 eligible units when you can only enter battle with a max of 5 units? That’s strange.. looks like you’ve already done the other cm in that zone which may have brought your remaining eligible units to less than 7 thus preventing you from doing the special mission. Not saying it’s not a bug. Just trying to figure out why it’s not letting you do it.
