Is anyone at all happy with the shard shop?
I personally dislike it completely! The exchange rate sucks, the characters are usually quite common, and the refresh is unnecessary... opening up the entire pool of characters on a 5:1 exchange rat...

It's function is so that they didn't have make toons you've completed stop dropping out of crystal packs, so your chances at getting pack exclusive characters never improves insuring you have to keep buying them, it's designed to seem like it's a there to help when it's really there to insure $$$ keeps flowing in.
