Is anything being done about the in-game store purchase issue?

Hi everyone, I wanted to ask if there is any information about the ongoing issue with the in-game store. For some players, the store keeps loading indefinitely and it is impossible to complete purchases. This issue has been happening for quite some time, and it seems to affect both mobile and PC.

Has CG/EA confirmed that they are actively working on a fix? Is there any estimated timeframe for a solution? It is especially frustrating for players who want to purchase bundles or other offers that are only available through the in-game store, but simply cannot do so because of this bug.

Is this issue currently being investigated, and can we expect a fix anytime soon? Any information or official update would be greatly appreciated.
