Is Chopper Rogue One?
With territory battles having a mission specific to Rogue One characters, will Chopper be among those available to use? He was in the movie serving the Rebel alliance.

Chopper's kit is pointless without at least one phoenix toon with him, I wouldnt use him with rogue one toons anyways ;)
