Is "Echo" underpowered?
Do you feel like Echo has too little health and protection and is too easily killed?

I have echo at Gear 10 (fully geared), level 80, 7 star, 7/7/7/7 abilities. 7359 power. I don't think he's under-powered at all.
Not everyone can be a top 5 or top 10 character. Not every character can be perfectly equal. Echo has value in raids, value in arena, value in GW. He's not the best in any.
In arena I tend to mix up my clone squad. Sometimes I go full clone, sometimes I mix in phasma, rey, aayla, leia, STHan in various capacities. All of those combinations can be fun, and all have been successful against maxed out dodge teams.
Do I wish Echo was better? Absolutely. I have him and a lot of people don't, so I wish he was the best toon in the game. But he's fine the way he is.
Were I to tweak anything, I'd reduce the cool down on his grenade by 1. Then by 1 more with Omega. I'm tempted to omega his basic.
