Is F2P dying a slow death?

Am I the only F2P/Dolphin who feels like after a dozen or so Marque events that the game is slowly being built towards whales, thus leaving us long-dedicated F2Ps out in the cold watching the game pic...

I got 120 toons i cannot gear because 6 stun guns a day when you need thousands of them.... everything else can be had.... greeeeeeed

Conquest mid, quest get Profit froze at 26
I played for nut gunray, used dubious dealings on enemies, saw them using extortion, but quest to receive profit won’t increase and stay at 26. Is it bug or what?
