Is Fulcrum in shipments?
As per title. Update said she'd be in regular shipments but I've yet to see her there. Sitting at 84/100 but I don't want to chromium binge for 16 shards.

So the last "hot fix" after the update was to "fix" the inbox message for fulcrum. It seems the part of her being in standard shipments was removed from the in game in box message.
The update notes just have never been changed.
