Is galactic conquest worth the headache?

I've never been a huge fan of conquest as many players seem to feel the same way. I find little motivation to progress beyond a certain point as I feel the rewards arent worth the trouble. Largely the...

You can live in whatever reality you want, but anyone who remembers it knows it was and still is impossible.

Especially for the first 6 conquests as you claim.
