Is GW getting insanely difficult for any other lvl 80-85s?

I think this is part of the reason they created Phoenix squad. They are actually really good in GW. Easy to obtain for anyone and no zetas required. It allows me to save my strong squads for the difficult nodes,which has made gw a lot easier.
