Is it against the terms of service

I have contacted several, mist don’t answer and I was really nice to all. I have actually been in touch with one guy who asked if I caN get in. He is a nice guy And wanted to let me in but he told me there are 3 or four guys who are just jerks that want to go after everyone who isn’t in the shard and won’t let anyone in. I offered to change my payout even though only one person in their chat shares mine in order to get in but they still denied me. I told them I would not hit the one guy who is in their chat at all and asked them not to hit me and let me be in the top 5 at payout but they still hit me almost immediately when I start to climb. These three or four guys are pretty much bullies if you ask me. I don’t know that there is anything else I can offer. I have a few people I communicate with not in the shard but not enough to make a dent. Just frustrating that people can’t be chill and let everyone maximize crystals.

I very much agree with this. It's in a shard chat's best interest to invite anyone able to take high ranks on a regular basis. Anything else only leads to missed rewards.

Alas, people who share your payout might feel attacked when an outsider bumps them several days in a row, which can turn an entire shard against you. Maybe you need to take the first step and show you're willing to cooperate? Ideally to the point of changing your payout time if it inconveniences too many people.
