Just hit the guys who have a payout near yours until they invite you just so they can have a workable solution, it's better to share a payout and alternate days than deal with making enemies who just snipe you every day.. I don't get shard mafias like that though.. it's also better for them to make arrangements even if it's sharing payout times than to deal with snipers and have multiple people spending crystals to hit back someone who's not in the shard chat.
