Is it against the terms of service

To have an arena shard and coordinate hitting non shard members down so that only shard members can reach top 5? These guys are instantaneously licking non shard members out just to be jerks. They are...

Maybe CG would do it but it may cost 2,000 Crystal's and they would make you have to have all 3 tuskens relic 6 to buy it.
