People don’t seem to realize this is a strategy.
Starve your opponents of crystals and you advance faster and them slower.
Form your own arena chat or join the one already in place.
You may be asked to take a lower spot or if they are nice they will put you into a rotation.
These chats are actually in place to help everyone earn more crystals by not wasting them to climb and then be attacked and fall back.
You don’t attack out of your po and and climb about 2 hour max before your po so you are not in anyone’s way.
Everyone thinks they are entitled to 1st because they finally got a strong team put together.
If you have never bothered to reach out to others and ask po times and played nice then nobody owes you any favours.
These chats have been around since day one of this game and can never be changed no matter what the devs do.
Even if they do shard shuffling that wouldn’t last long before the top players get in touch with each other and set up a new po system and settle back in to rotation like before.
As a kraken myself I was a lone wolf for a long time until my shard got tired of me attacking at all hours of the day. They thought I would burn out and submit but they finally figured out that I had vaults of crystals and decided to reach out to me and asked me to join.
