Is Preloading an issue in TW Fleet battles?
Well aware that TM loaded squads are a nightmare in TW but does that matter for fleet battles? Given how few fleets there are wouldn't any damage gained be beneficial?

its not an issue in any battle. the Guild master just thinks it is. when its not. my guild has never been stopped or lost because of preloading. so many things GM think are just all in there head.
