Is Rancor the only raid boss not immune to TM reduction?

Hey guys, quick question here. I know this seems like a dumb question, but I've played Sith raids and Tank raids, and Rancor seems to be the only boss that TM reduction works on. GG, Sion, Nilius, Tre...

Resistable TMR still works with good potency in certain spots. But they stack tenacity (DN as he is hit, clears after he takes a turn, Traya after each topple, won't clear) so irresistible is best.
